Epi-Pet Vendor Affiliate Program
Thank you for your interest in the Epi-Pet Vendor Affiliate Program for online retailing from your grooming or veterinary facility. This program is designed for those who do not have a large enough facility to hold products for retail, or those who choose not to retail products from their facility. (It can also be a helpful tool to gain knowledge regarding the receptivity of the Epi-Pet product line among clients.)
How Does It Work?
When an affiliate is accepted into the Epi-Pet Vendor Affiliate Program, Epi-Pet generates a unique 'Order Code' for their customers to enter in the 'Coupon Code' section when ordering at the Online Epi-Pet Store, www.epi-pet.com. The 'Order Code' is generated at the time of sign-up and after all required documents are complete.
How Do I Become an Epi-Pet Vendor Affiliate?
Once an affiliate is approved, Epi-Pet will provide all marketing materials for their facility; such as, product posters, individual product flip cards, product brochures, informational handouts, ets, as well as, any other helpful resource the affiliate and/or Epi-Pet deem necessary or useful, with the affiliate's unique 'Order Code' and ordering information on them.

Every affiliate needs to be approved. We run the Epi-Pet Vendor Affiliate Program on strict rules to maintain a standard of excellence in the people who represent our company.
How Much Are The Commissions?
Being apart of the Epi-Pet Vendor Affiliate Program, you will receive 10% commission on product sales from each order you encourage via the Epi-Pet website. Epi-Pet will write a check on either the 1st or 15th of each month. If applicable, a check may be written on just one or both days. You need a minimum of $25.00 commissions earned in order for Epi-Pet to issue a check.
Earnings less than $25.00 in a month are carried over into the next month, and so on until the $25.00 minimum has been reached and a check will be issued. Commissions are paid in US Dollars only.
All affiliates must fill out and fax or mail in a W-9 form for tax purposes. Epi-Pet cannot issue a check until we have a signed W-9 form from the affiliate.

Epi-Pet prices may change at any time. Epi-Pet pays a commission on the prices of the product at the times of sale. If Epi-Pet is running a special or sale on any or all products, the customer will receive the sale price and the affiliate will receive the commission based on that sale price. Commissions will not be made on fraudulent orders.
Epi-Pet reserves the right to deny an applicant or cancel an affiliate's account at any time.
